Digital files

Because files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. Please check your design in the preview before buying.

When we refund

If a file is damaged, won’t open, or doesn’t match the design you paid for, email support@zuccastamps.com within 7 days with your order email. We’ll fix the file or refund you in full.

Duplicate charges for the same design are refunded on request.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days.
